Please check to make sure that Eykludt is the right person to commission! Make sure the commission is something you are pleased with and check their finished examples as failing to do so may result in a disappointment from the commission.

If you request characters/types of drawing that don’t go well with the artist's style or it’s a topic that the artist is inexperienced with you might end up disappointed or rejected. If you feel unsure about the commission topic, you are free to ask.

Make sure to bother about the commission every few days if you haven't heard a respond.

You may request a general idea of what you want the commission to look like AT the beginning of the discussion. It’s not required but the artist always appreciates information related to the commission as reference and to make it more personalized. If the cilent desires to change the commission midway there may be a fee depending on how much will be changed.

Please be aware of the commission that you are ordering. The moment you send the references, the type of commission, and payment the artist will start on the commission based on the order received.

The commission may be either streamed and/or posted on Eykludt's Social Media.

Payments are PAYPAL or Stripe. Currency is in USD or CAD.

Payments are 100% upfront or split 50/50. If the Payment is split, first half is right away. The second half must be paid upfront before completing at least 30% in order for progress to continue and receive the final product.

Invoices will be made and sent via PayPal or Stripe. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal or Stripe.

I do not offer refunds. I only accept payment once I am ready to start on a project and the sketch/checking process is done.

The commission prices shown below are the base NON-COMMERCIAL prices, meaning they are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute the commissioned art in large quantities (merchandise) nor use it in any form that could bring income (Selling the image). Most of the time, Commercial commissions are usually 2x-5x the price or more, depending on the purpose. Please message me at eykludt@gmail.com for commercial inquiries.

All commissioned work are for PERSONAL / NON-COMMERCIAL use.

Artist retains all rights to the work produced, and owns the image unless otherwise discussed.

The artist retains full rights to showcase artwork online, unless otherwise requested.

The artist has the right to use the commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.

The artist does not claim ownership of any intellectual properties depicted in the work.

The client can not redistribute artwork or use artwork for commercial projects.

The client must ask permission if they want to print and limited to 1 copy of the commission from the artist for personal use.

The client or others can not claim that the commission is their own work.

The client must credit the artist when posting artwork/assets or sharing it with others.

I have the right to refuse any commission offered.

I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place should you decide to use it as a profile picture and/or post about it on any social media. This should be in your Social Media/SNS bio and about page on your channel.

Clients are not permitted to claim that the commission they received from Eykludt is their own work.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use their commissioned art and/or stream assets without my permission or use as non fungible tokens/cryptocurrency. Use of my art and/or assets for any advertising or profits associated with selling, cypto, or NFTs is prohibited.

Commercial use (Such as selling the image, any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.) is prohibited.

Individual slots will not be taken until I have confirmed details with the client, sent a sketched rough that is agreed by the client, and have decided to take on the project.

I require a 1~3 week window for finishing the project. This window starts when I begin your project, and not when you take a slot or are added to the waitlist.

Express (3 days -1 week) will be an additional cost of $30. Depending on the design or overall complexity of the commission, I may not be able to accept it if the deadline is still too tight. In cases like these, I am open to discussing pushing the commission to a later date.

In the case that permission is given to livestream working on your commission, there is a possibility that I will check the commission over with you live or in dms depending on if the client wants me to keep them anonymous or not.

Canvas size will normally be around the size of A4 350dpi 2894x4093 pixels for illustrations and/or 1920x1080 pixels but can be adjusted smaller/larger if necessary.

Clients receive rights for personal use, publishing it in their galleries on social media platforms, printing as long as it's not sold, displaying images for personal gain, etc.

If the commissioned art is posted on social media, a proper credit must be given to me (Eykludt) as @eykludt on twitter.

Clients will get the commission without text/watermark. Watermarked version of the commission may be posted onto my social media on a later date when finished.
